For this assignment, you will compose an essay that analyzes the structure of the finance department and the role of finance in health services organizations. Make sure you address how that role has changed in the era of healthcare reform and how those changes have impacted the management of healthcare organizations. As an example, you can use the finance department in your organization if you work in the healthcare setting; otherwise, you can use any finance department.
