Comment to your peer:

It’s important that the environment and everyone in it are ready for behavior change because it increases the chances of accomplishment and improves the likelihood of long-term success. When everyone knows what needs to happen and why, it’s much easier to work together toward those goals. Some ways to ensure that all parties are on the same page are by first talking openly about what needs to change and explaining why that is, explaining the behavior plan is extremely important.  Second teach everyone the skills they need to help, plan together so everyone feels involved, keep things consistent so everyone knows what to expect, and listen to feedback to make adjustments along the way. Additionally help the parties involved to understand behavioral analysis terms and explain how they work. When we all work together and support each other, we can make the changes we want to see happen much more effectively.
