DESCRIPTION:
The preservice teacher/candidate will plan for using higher order questioning techniques and use motivational strategies to deliver engaging and challenging lessons that include realistic projects and problem- solving activities and link the subject matter with other disciples and life experiences that include critical thinking skills. Review and reflect upon the Code of Ethics. Describe the K-12 professional’s roles and responsibilities related to the Code of Ethics.
Describe a personal situation where ethics played a role in the learning process. The 2-3 page paper should be 12 font, double spaced and include language from the following: higher order questioning techniques motivational strategies to deliver engaging and challenging lessons realistic projects and problem- solving activities link subject matter with other disciples and life experiences that include critical thinking skills your belief about why the profession and/or institution of education exists your alignment with a classic philosophy of education your vision of how schools should work and why/how you formed that vision your motivation for becoming a teacher
