Initial Proposal of Research:

· An overview of your selected organization and your role in it.

· An explanation of why your selected organization is important to you.

· A preliminary problem statement in the form of a research question.

· A narrative description of the organizational problem that you would like to research and resolve. How would resolving this organizational problem benefit your organization? What would be the impact to you? This section is the most important and will be the most carefully scrutinized.

For this project I want you to choose a US company with organizational issues. Pick one or two of those challenges (1-reponding to economic pressure, 2-responding to globalization, 3-managing workforce diversity, 4-improving customer service, 5-improving people skills,6-stimulating inovation and change, 7-coping with temporariness, 8-helping employees balance work-life conflicts, 9-creating a positive work environment, 10-improving ethical behavior) to write the initial proposal of research.

Due Monday 6th by 6PM New York Time / 1.5 pages
