Explain why you chose these pricing strategies and how they fit with your target market and location.

 

 

4. Marketing and Outreach Marketing Plan: Describe how you will attract and retain customers.

Include:

Social media strategy/ Community engagement (events, partnerships) / Promotions (e.g., free trial periods, giveaways) 

Customer Retention: Explain the methods you’ll use to ensure customer loyalty, such as member rewards programs, feedback loops, or regular check-ins.

Start-Up Costs: Provide an estimate of the initial costs to start your facility (equipment, lease, salaries, etc.).

Revenue Projections: Estimate your monthly revenue based on your pricing and membership structure. How many members will you need to break even?
