Now that you have completed the prewriting, outline, introduction and body paragraphs of your paper, it is time to conclude that paper. You may summarize all of your findings using different words to remind the reader about your points. Or you may write about how treatments might help people (if that is appropriate for your paper).

These are only suggestions – there are several ways to end a paper. The video below shows you how to write a typical conclusion for college papers. You may use the tips suggested in the video if you chose.

Be sure you submit your entire paper in this assignment. Add your introduction and body paragraphs and then add your conclusion. 

Be sure to use what you have learned in our chapter 7 handout, Drafting and Revising Essays, as you write your first draft. This is a good reference source.
