If you use a questionnaire, you should include a copy together with information about howyou developed the questionnaire and how it helped you achieve your goals.Whether you got the data from a reliable source or personally collected, you should have at least 30observations in each categorical group in the dataset. Organize the dataset in a spreadsheet withtwo columns as shown in an example. You will need to upload the dataset as a separate file.5.
