Scope: This paper will explore the different standards when it comes to other countries around the world and the differences and similarities between the USA and other countries. The paper will also explore the different human rights and how in other countries they are abused when it comes to the working conditions and how under paid some people are around the world.

Title: Overcoming cultural differences and violations of human rights are ethical difficulties faced by multinational corporations.

Thesis Statement: When it comes to the corporate world there are always questions that comes up about like when it comes to ethical standards and human rights which is also known as international business ethics. With these questions coming up it causes a lot of trouble in larger companies and in this paper I am going to talk more when to comes to the human rights being abused and the different standards that are different then the ones in the USA.

  • This paper must be clear and concise; students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style.
  • This paper must be at least 1,000 words, and no more than 1,500 words, in length, excluding the Title page, Abstract, Keywords, and References.
  • This paper must incorporate a minimum of seven (7) current – published within the last five (5) years – scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources(statutes, court opinions) within your work.
  • Submit your paper using the following format: M[odule]X-Lastname.docx (e.g., M7-Smith.docx).
  • Complete and submit the paper (assignment) by 11:00 p.m. EST on Sunday.
  • Late work policies, expectations regarding proper citations, acceptable means of responding to feedback, and other expectations are at the discretion of the instructor.
